What is Burning Out?



When you feel continuous stress and not interested in your office work and you are not able to meet your demands either in office or home then it results to Burn Out.

Mostly people works more than normal working hours in office and they do not have time for their personal life. Mostly people feel Loneliness because they have busy schedule in office and they are running in a Race where they do not have time for family, friends and for self.

Student take too much stress before exams and this causes the burn out in them.

Much Work  +  Greedy  =  Mental Problems

Persons with more wealth are found to be suffered from depression more as compare to lower wealth.

Symptoms of Burn Out

  • Lack of energy in the body.
  • Feeling tiredness.
  • Not interested to work. 
  • Lack of productivity.
  • Feeling continuous stress

Too Much work  =  Burn Out

Consequences of Burn Out

  • Burn out destroy your soul and mind both.
  • Burn out invite early stage death.
  • It causes depression.

Examples of Burn Out

  • PewDiePie announced to take brake a break from you tube but it's not the first time the platform's biggest creator has struggled with Burn Out.
  • Rohit Sharma recently took break as he was feeling Burn Out.
  • Some other big Stars, Entrepreneurs and very Wealthy Persons are the real life example of this disease Burn Out.

Prevention or treatment of Burn Out

  • Do not ignore mental Problems.
  • Treat this disease differently than other diseases.
  • Make Proper balance between office work and personal life.
  • Do not feel Loneliness.
  • Do some Meditation.
